Are your stickers officially licensed? Yes! All our stickers are officially licensed and feature high-quality prints of your favorite characters and brands.
What materials are your stickers made of? Our stickers are made of polyurethane with a protective coating, ensuring durability, vibrant colors, and water resistance.
Can I remove and reposition the stickers? Most of our stickers are designed for one-time application. Please check the product description for details.
Do you offer custom stickers? At the moment, we only sell officially licensed stickers and our own stickers, we do not offer custom designs.
Shipping & Delivery
How long before my order is ready for shipping?
Our centralized production facility allows for shipping, within 90% of the United States, within four business days. Unless otherwise specified, at the time of ordering, your products will be shipped via UPS Ground. If you have any questions about shipping rates or rush production, please contact us.
Payments & Returns
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Paypal. All orders must be paid for prior to being delivered.
Can I return or exchange my stickers?
Due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns if the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. If you have any issues, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
My order is damaged. What should I do?
We’re sorry about that! Please email us at store@stickmadly.com with your order number and photos of the damaged items, and we’ll assist you with a replacement or refund.
