At Stickmadly, we take pride in delivering your favorite 3D premium stickers quickly and securely. Our goal is to ensure every fan receives their order in perfect condition and on time.

1. Shipping Locations

Currently, Stickmadly ships exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Shipping Options and Rates

We offer two primary shipping methods based on your preferences:

  • Standard Shipping: $5.95
  • Express Shipping: $7.95

The final shipping cost is displayed during checkout, based on your selected service and delivery address.

3. Processing and Delivery Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

Delivery time depends on the shipping method chosen:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated 3–7 business days
  • Express Shipping: Estimated 1–3 business days

Please note that weekends and holidays are not considered business days and may extend delivery timeframes.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number.

You can use this tracking number to monitor your package’s journey and estimated delivery date.

5. Shipping Delays

While we make every effort to deliver on time, delays may occasionally occur due to:

6. Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before finalizing your purchase.

Stickmadly is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers. If a mistake is noticed after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible so we can assist before your order is dispatched.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

In the rare case your package arrives damaged or goes missing in transit:

  • Notify us immediately with your order number and a brief description.
  • We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, where applicable, send a replacement or issue a refund.

8. Shipping Costs and Refunds

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund for your order, the original shipping fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.

9. Returns Due to Delivery Failure

If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery (incorrect address or unclaimed shipment), the customer will be responsible for reshipping charges.
