Discount Combination Policy

Promotional offers and discount codes are not combinable. A customer may apply only ONE discount code or promotional offer per order, with the following exception:

FREE SHIPPING offers automatically apply to qualifying orders and may be combined with other promotions. However, no other promotional discounts, coupon codes, or special offers may be used together on the same order.

"3 x 15% Off" Promotional Offer

Offer Terms:

• This offer provides a 15% discount on select sticker products in our "Mix & Match" collection

• The offer applies ONLY to orders with a subtotal of $44.85 USD or greater

• The discount is applied exclusively to specifically selected sticker products only—not to all items in the order

• This offer CANNOT be combined with any other promotional discount codes, volume discounts from Kaching Bundles, or other special offers

• Free shipping automatically applies when order subtotal meets the free shipping threshold ($50 USD) and does not count as a separate promotional offer

• The discount is automatically applied at checkout when all conditions are met—no discount code or additional action is required from the customer

REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer a straightforward return and refund process.

Returns

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must meet the following conditions:

• Items must be unused and in original condition

• Original packaging must be intact

• Return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider's policies.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are approved for a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
