At Stickmadly, your satisfaction is our priority. We want every fan to be thrilled with their purchase. If, for any reason, you’re not completely satisfied, we’ve outlined our return and refund process below for a smooth and fair experience.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns for most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • It must be in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.

Returns requested after 30 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return due to their nature or condition:

  • Opened or used stickers
  • Items not in their original packaging
  • Sale or promotional items
  • Custom or personalized products

Please note that returns will not be accepted if the product shows signs of use, damage, or tampering.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email our customer support at store@stickmadly.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will review your request and provide instructions for shipping the product back.
  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Please ensure that returned items are securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product received was defective or damaged upon arrival.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total refund amount.

5. Exchanges

Stickmadly does not currently offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to exchange a product, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired one.

6. Refunds

Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been completed.

Please note:

  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
  • Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or discounted items are final sale.

7. Defective or Damaged Items

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at store@stickmadly.com with photos and your order details.

We will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable, at no additional cost.

8. Conditions for Rejection

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been opened, used, or altered.
  • More than 30 days have passed since delivery.
  • The item is not in its original packaging.
  • The return was not pre-authorized by our customer support team.

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  2. Contact your payment provider for potential delays.
  3. If you still haven’t received your refund, contact us with your details for assistance.
